• Standard Plan ($49.99/month): Includes a basic listing plus a dedicated landing page.
• Premium Plan ($99.99/month): Includes all features of the Standard Plan plus exclusive access to webinars, eBooks, local giveaways, high-priority support and marketing, featured front-page city business placement, and unlimited city placement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are billed monthly and are due in advance.
• All prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect the current billing cycle.
• You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your membership through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription.

5. User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when applying for membership.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• All content on Bizcess Local, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Bizcess Local or its licensors.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the directory and related services solely for your business promotion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Bizcess Local is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the membership during the month in which the issue occurred.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Georgia/USA.
